We have formulated the action plan below to create a pleasant work environment in which employees can demonstrate their abilities while maintaining a good work-life balance.
1. Duration of the plan
Three years from November 1, 2014, to October 31, 2017
Goal: Introducing a short working day system by December 2014 that employees who have children under 3 years old can use upon request.
* November 2014: Conduct an awareness survey of employees, and consider the introduction of the system.
* December 2014: Introduce and announce the system, and confirm applicants within the company.
* January 2015: Implement the system.
